2 SAMUEL 22:14-15
“The Lord thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice.
He sent out arrows and scattered them; Lightning bolts, and He vanquished them.
An unfiltered view of our world in the context of spiritual warfare, through the lens of Christ's victory in order that we not only see darkness, but are equipped to overcome and vanquish it! Episodes touch on relevant topics for the 'ekklesia' effective for waging a good warfare, and advancing Christ's Kingdom. Vanquish Darkness provides viewers with prophetic insight that draws from dreams, encounters, biblical truth, and personal experience. Our goal with Vanquish Darkness is to provide "lightning strikes" against the operations of darkness in lives, families, regions, and nations by imparting revelation, inspiring hope, fuelling faith, activating prayer, and releasing supernatural breakthroughs of Christ's victory.
ABOUT
Andrew & Kelly Whalen have been serving in various fields of ministry for over 17 years. They have pioneered campus ministries, home churches, street evangelism, open-air outreaches, and prayer hubs. In 2014 they launched out by faith into full-time ministry to establish a house of prayer missions base. They led Prayer & Justice Ministries in Central Illinois, which was a community prayer hub established to transform the region with corresponding works of justice, such as human trafficking intervention, juvenile outreach, street evangelism, and ministry to the poor, widows, and marginalized.
COLORADO
For a season Andrew & Kelly worked alongside Youth For Christ and ministered to minors in the juvenile detention center and a youth rehab in Colorado. Andrew & Kelly also led an in-person 6-week training intensive in CO called Special Forces in 2020 hosting various national leaders from ministries such as LEM, Magenta Ministries, The Briefing, Healing Hearts International, SPAN, and others.
CURRENTLY
Andrew & Kelly Whalen were in Texas for a few years & led an online school called Vanquish Academy. They have now relocated to the Midwest. Andrew currently speaks frequently online – on various prophetic shows & platforms such as Elijah Streams. Their message helps equip believers for spiritual warfare & national/international prayer assignments. Andrew also travels regionally and nationally- speaking at youth revivals, prayer summits, and prophetic conferences.
